EXECUTIVE STATEMENT — Michael Strange Midskov Chief Executive Officer, SANOVO TECHNOLOGY GROUP SANOVO TECHNOLOGY GROUP wishes to promote greater environmental responsibility throughout the production of our machines. This we do, as we believe in the benefits of ensuring sustainability by taking care of our environment and the world’s resources. Yet, we also recognize the financial benefits of these engagements leading to better economic results – a requisite of maintaining jobs and thus securing the wellbeing of our employees. Meaning we’re involved in our CSR KPIs for two specific reasons: 1. We believe in the benefit from ensuring the sustainability by taking care of our environment and the world’s resources 2. We as a company can save a lot of money and thereby ensure a better economic result which is the requisite to maintain jobs SANOVO TECHNOLOGY GROUP wishes to be a part of ensuring the sustainability in the future job market for three reasons: 1. We believe in the benefit of contributing to the common job market to ensure a high skilled/educated population that can develop our society and ensure the buying power from which we as a company can benefit from. 2. We will show our public spirit by taking responsibility for education of young people. 3. We as a company need to ensure end develop the special competencies we need and requires to make sure that the next generation within the egg business is ready when our present employees retires.
